Self harm (booklet)

A Norfolk LGBT Project booklet about self-harm and how to find support.

Self harm (booklet)

Self harm is an act of hurting yourself deliberately. Self harm can impact people of any occupation, age or gender. Many people who engage in self harm do so in more than one way. Someone who self harms may not be aware that other behaviours they exhibit falls into the same patterns. This booklet provides an insight into self harm, and explains why people self harm, the warning signs to look out for, talking about self harm, and managing self harm. There are details of support and help available through the Norfolk LGBT+ project.
